Prerequisites:
The admission requirements for all students of the Moore Allies Nursing Assistant Training Program include:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Pass the admissions test covering English proficiency, reading comprehension, and required course math skills. Testing done by appointment only
- Proof of citizenship (Arizona Driver's License or passport), or legal residency status
Other Requirements:
- Release of Liability Form
- Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test or proof of negative TB results no older than 6 months
- Negative 10-panel drug screen and Background check
- BLS CPR Training (provided in course)
